Spring Watering Can

Hello Friends,

I wanted to share with you my project that is posted over at  the Pink By Design blog. Paula, Gloria, and I all made non-card projects. We would love it if you would come on over and take a look.

Here is my watering can.

For this 3-D watering can, I bought the shape from the Silhouette store. Designer paper is MME Alphabet Soup. ( Oldie but a Goodie ) Prima Calypso flowers. Pink By Design " Life's a Garden " sentiment, Recollection bling, Divine Twine, sentiment spot from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon's svg shop, hearts are also from the Silhouette store. This watering can did not turn out the way I visioned it in my head, but either way it came out cute.

Well friends, I want to wish you a happy Friday, And I will be back tomorrow for a fun blog hop. Pink By Design is pairing up with Lovebug Creations for a awesome blog hop featuring Pink By Design Stamps and Lovebug Creations Rumple Ribbon. I'm sure it will be loads of fun with lots of great projects and blog candy :)

Thanks A Bunch

Hello Friends,

As promised I have two posts for you today. Like I said before I can't seem to remember what day is which and when I need to post. Blame those pregnancy hormones.  Today's post is a feature that we have over at the Pink By Design blog. Every Wednesday we share a trick or tip with you. There have been lots of good ones so be sure to come by and take a look. This week our tip was how to rumple your ribbon. Now I'm not going to share all the details with you here, because I want you to stop by Pink By Design blog so you can see Paula and Gloria's projects using this tip. But here is my card using the rumple ribbon tip.

For this card I used designer paper from MME " Alphabet Soup " , I used my 1 inch punch to create the flowers. The twine is a mix of Divine twine and Trendy Twine. To get the stems of my flowers to stay I used Scotch quick dry. Sentiment is from Pink By Design March 2011 Stamp of the Month " Grow ". Ribbon and Buttons are from my stash.

So come on over to the Pink By Design blog and take a look at the other creations. If you use this tip we would love to see your projects. You can post them on the Pink By Design Facebook page.

Pink By Design Challenge: Spring

Hello Friends,

Seems I have fallen a little behind on my postings..So I have two to share with you today. And I'll have another one for ya'll tomorrow. So first of all, I want to show you a card I made for the challenge going on at the Pink By Design blog. This week the challenge is anything Spring related. For example...flowers, birds, bee's, Easter, rain if you live in the pacific northwest :)

For me, seeing all the baby sheep, and baby farm animals being born is Spring. So I created this cute little sheep tag.

For this tag I found a journal shape from the Silhouette store and just layered it 3 times, to give it more dimension.

Sheep shape is from the Silhouette store as well, I embossed his wool using the Tim Holtz swirlz embossing folder. I applied glossy accents to the swirlz and then sprinkled glitter. He shimmers! Designer paper is Websters Pages and the bling is from Recollections. Seam binding is my own. Sentiment is from Pink By Design " Hoppy Easter ", a button and divine twine finish this little tag off.

I hope that you will join us this week for this challenge, there is even a prize up for grabs :) You can either go to the Pink By Design Blog, or link up your spring projects here! Have a Fab day Friends.
