Vintage Pirate!

For The Cricut Cartridge Chaos Challenge Please Click Here.

Hello My Crafty Friends,

Today I thought I would share a card I made a couple weeks back. I'm really loving the vintage look of things. It's amazing to create things just for the fun of it.

Yes I actually burnt the paper and the burlap. I wanted to give that rustic, just shot out of a canon feel :)

Vintage Pirate Girl:
Lettering Delights " Aye Matey " svg
Burlap
Shells
Lighter
Bo Bunny Paper
Image and Vintage Paper printed from my computer
Crinkle Ribbon and Button

And I was having so much fun with the Pirate Stamp set I had to use my new Imagine Cartridge Buccaneer

I love layering Imagine Images. Gives projects great depth and really makes them Pop!

Scary Pirate:
Cricut Imagine Buccaneer Cartridge
All Paper from the Buccaneer Cartridge
Recollections Pearls

You Know I'm probably not done creating with this stamp set. It's my favorite!  I think this stamp set came out just in time for the Pirate craze that is about to happen once again. I know I'm looking forward to seeing Johnny Depp! I mean I'm looking forward to seeing the New Pirates of the Caribbean 4!

Thanks for stopping by and have a Wonderful Day!

CCC #71 " Mother's Day Card "

For The Cricut Cartridge Chaos Challenge Click Here.

Hello Friends,

Its time for another Cricut Cardz Challenge, This week Mary asked us to make a Mothers Day Card. I made a previous card, but I didnt get the effect that I wanted.  So I made Option Number 2 Card, and I loved the way this one turned out.

Recipe for Mother's Day Card:
Graphic 45 " Steampunk Debutante Collection "
DCWV " The Mod Retro Stack "
Cricut Cartridge " French Manor "
Crinkle Ribbon
A tag I made from Cardstock
Catseye chalk ink in Bronze
A Button and Beading Twine

Im just in love with the blue and teal in this card. And I like incorporating die cuts into the card rather than the card being all die cuts. I just love trying something new. I hope that you will come play with us this week at Cricut Cardz Challenge.

Thanks For Stoping By
Hearts and Crafts,

Meriah
