Welcome to the Imagine-Nation Blog Hop!

Hi Crafting Friends,

If you are joining me from Paula at More than Favors, your on the right path. Didn't you just love her dry-erase board?  However if you have stumbled across my blog, or are starting here, Your gonna want to start with Sarah at Pink Cricut.

So my projects today were all created using the Cricut Imagine. I love this machine! I have not even begun to touch on what this machine is capable of. I did not use the layer feature very much cause I liked how the images looked without being layered. My daughter is  turning 11 on October 10th, so I decided to make some favors for her slumber party. I used the Cricut Imagine cartridge Best Friends for most of the cuts in my projects. I also used the Imagine More cartridge for my daughters picture book.  I hope these projects inspire you!

10 Things I Love about You!
When I first saw this image on the Best Friends handbook, I knew I was going to make a little book for my daughter. I just added the image to the front and used some ribbon and I-rock gems to give it more pazazz! I wrote 10 things I love about my daughter inside the book & I'm sure she will love this.

Recipe:
Book-Michaels
I-Rock and I-Rock gems
Cricut Imagine along with Best Friends and Imagine More cartridge
Buttons and ribbons
I distressed the paper on the inside with Tim Holtz Distress Ink.

Favor Purses
I made these super cute favor purses using the 3-D box feature off of the Best Friends Cartridge. I plan on throwing in some facial supplies for the sleep over!
Recipe:
Buttons
Ribbon
I-rock and I-rock gems
Cricut Imagine along with Best Friends cartridge.

Slumber Party Invites:
How about these super cute slumber party invites? I also added some little containers that I got from Michaels in the dollar section.  I plan on throwing some lip glosses in these little containers. What girl doesn't love some lip gloss?

Recipe:
Pink Cardstock-Michaels
I-rock and I-rock gems
Button containers-Michaels dollar bin
Martha Stewart Ribbon
Cricut Imagine and Best Friends Cartridge

Journals:
Each girl gets a journal, I also picked these journals up at Michaels in the dollar bin. I do not have a cinch, but after making these super girly books. Its next on my list :)
Recipe:
Journals-Michaels Dollar Bin
Ribbon-American Crafts
Prima-Flowers
Buttons
I-Rock and I-Rock Gems
Craft Paper-Joanns
Cricut Imagine and Best Friends cartridge

So here's the whole project all done and completed! I think the girls are gonna love these. Hopefully, although there 11, they have not outgrown  the cuteness of things!
