Oh so Close to Boo Time!

I love Halloween, Just love it! Nothing makes me smile more than seeing my children, and the children of others all dressed up for Spooking! I also look forward to watching The Charlie Brown Special "The Great Pumpkin"...
Here's a couple cards using the "Happy Hauntings" Cricut Cartridge and Scrappy Moms stamps!

Making Use of All those Scraps!

Just a simple card, made with all those scraps you end up with from your cricut machine! To cute to not show!

Catching Up!

I still have the very first cards I ever made when my friend Wendi introduced me to paper crafting. Wendi is an avid scrapbooker. I myself, love to make cards. I do however have a special tote with paper and such that I plan on doing scrapbooking with set aside. So here are the first two cards I ever made! On one of them I went stickle crazy! I just had to get it out of my system.

Cricut Cardz Challenge # 35

For challenge #35, make a Get Well card using any cartridges you'd like, and green, blue, black and white ONLY. So I used my " Graphically Speaking" cartridge, and just placed it on a blue mat. I added some black ribbon on the bottom and a black flower on top to balance out the card. Added some black and white stitching.  For the leaves I shaded the inside with some light green chalk, then inked the edges with black, to give it more dimension. I hope this card makes you all feel better!

Horse'n Around

Well, my new stamps from Joy @ http://www.joyslife.com/ came in the mail today. And I was super excited about using them. And just my luck I knowticed that Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog was running a challenge "At the Zoo". And doulbe my luck again, they were featuring Ms. Joys Stamps.
So here's my little horsey, I used my CAC cartridge and a Joyslife stamp. I didnt do much to this card, cause when I think country, I think the simple life. But also after looking at the card, I decided it needed some silver. So I added silver to the sentiment tag where the black dots are. However, I did this after I took the picture. And since I shoot in RAW format, its easier to just tell ya about then edit another picture in Lightroom 2. I also did not put a mat on the card, I really liked the horseshoes and they needed to be seen in all there Glory! I sure do love my new stamps and can't wait for Joys next batch to hit the market!
